NDRC-ECIDC&CARRIER MOU signed a cooperation agreement on August 4,2008, Both sides agreed to carry out cooperation in the field of promoting construction Energy Saving.

    Han Wenke, director of ERI, Dai Yande, deputy director of ERI, Zhang Jianmin, director assistant of ECIDC,Ross Shuster, general of the Carrier MOU and Jim Gradoville , United Technologies International attended the signing ceremony.
