On April 14, Energy Research Institute and Intellectual Property Publishing House co-sponsored a workshop on Oil  and  Geopolitics in Beijing .Director of ERI Han Wenke chaired the meeting. F . William Engdahl, writer of the book“A Century of War:Anglo American oil politics and the New World War”expressed his views on oil and geopolitics.Over 30 participants include officials and experts  were present and joined the discussions.
