An academic seminar was held on 3, April by ERI, where Prof. XUE Xinmin, the staff of the Energy Economic and Development Strategy Research Center, a sub-branch of ERI, was invited to make a presentation on the development status and lessons of Korea’s nuclear power industry based on his research experience in KEEI last year and Dr. ZHOU Fuqiu, the deputy-director of the Beijing Energy Efficiency Center introduced the research results of the study titled “Approaches and Measures to Achieve the Anticipated Goal of Reducing China’s Energy Intensity of GDP by 20% to 2010”. The seminar was chaired by Prof. DAI Yande, the deputy director-general of ERI and the representatives from other Centres of ERI attended the seminar.
